The Weekly Welcome Table
In an ongoing effort to help feed those in need, the Center of Compassion offers The Welcome Table.
Feeding Those In Need
The Welcome Table is a free lunch meal served every Wednesday from 11:30AM until 1:00PM, from November through April at the St. Charles Parish Hall in Dover Plains. The meals include home made soup and sandwiches or hot entrees. This weekly free meal is made possible due to all of our volunteers hard work and the generosity of Westchester Modular Homes and Freshtown Supermarkets.
Home Delivery
In addition to The Welcome Table, the Center of Compassion, through our volunteers, delivers over 60 meals to the home bound every week, providing nutritional food and good company to the poor, elderly and infirmed of the community.
