Volunteer
If you like to help people, you've come to the right place. The Center of Compassion is working hard to help those in need throughout our community, but we can't do it alone. We need the hearts, heads and hands of people like you, to help us overcome the problems facing our community. We all have special talents; things that we can do to help. Please, volunteer and put your talents to work.
We Need Volunteers
- Cook home made soups or desserts for the Welcome Table meals
- Deliver meals to shut-ins
- Serve meals at our Welcome Table
- Help in our food pantry
- Help collect holiday gifts for distribution to needy families
Why Volunteer
Some of the best reasons to volunteer are the ones that you never expected. Most people who have spent time volunteering report that they get back much more than they ever put out — what you get back is immeasurable.
